I have spent most of my work experience in customer service, 10 years of it spent in restaurant as well as 7 years in retail and 2 years of fitness and health 3 years providing Technical / Software Support at a SaaS company. I began working with Webroot in 2020, within a year I became a Sr. Front Line Engineer in 2021, then in 2022 I was promoted to Manager of the Product Support team. I lead a team of customer focused agents on achieving company standard goals and metrics. I take pride in helping my team learn the skills they need to address our customers technical issues. I focus on expanding their troubleshooting, investigating, and attention to detail skills to ensure our customers issues are resolved to the highest level while working to build rapport with them.
