I managed all aspects of University Advancements digital outreach efforts, including the University's Alumni Online Community, UA email communications, UA online registration for events and the Alumni Relations website.

I led Northeastern University's overarching digital communications strategy for 3.5 years, directing a team of 6 creative web design wizards and drawing on the opportunities of a globally-recognized institution to develop engaging, results-oriented content. I co-managed an award-winning nationally-syndicated brand awareness campaign, and led the complete redesigns of the www.northeastern.edu domain as well as the News@Northeastern outlet.

I assisted in the strategic development and implementation of HLS’s presence across multiple online media for audiences both internal and external.

Managed the NSF PROSTARS grant, a multi-disciplinary science outreach program. Oversaw development of new outreach programs, including the Science Fair Mentors program at The English High School in Boston, and the BU Bridge program. Produced marketing materials for outreach activities, using print and online media. Developed in-house web productions as well as provided all copywriting and editing for affiliated programs.

Supported the production of on-air programming, provided background research, conducted on-air interviews, managed station website at www.kusc.org.

Marketing Director for all English-language advertising. Oversaw print and online ad campaigns, wrote all copy for newspaper ads, brochures, websites and magazine feature advertorials. Introduced software suite to multiple new markets both domestic and abroad, and established test programs in some of the top-performing high schools in Southern California.
