Co-founder and chair of Product Aotearoa, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to nurturing, connecting and increasing the impact of product professionals in Aotearoa New Zealand. As chair I set the strategic direction for the organisation and work together a fantastic team of product professionals to bring our vision for Product Aotearoa to life. In 2023 we ran the very first product management conference held in NZ.

In June I shifted into a role advising the SolarZero executive and product team on product strategy as well as working on specific strategic projects to improve the customer experience and grow the product portfolio. In addition to this I am coaching the product management team.

As product and delivery coach I worked with Harmoney's product, design and engineering teams to bring to life a discovery led culture, and guiding the growth of their teams post IPO. I also stepped in to act as delivery manager and product manager across a range of teams to fill gaps left by vacancies.Specific achievements included:- Recruited the entire UX team and drove Product Manager recruitment- Defined the platform product manager role and acted in this capacity- Successfully obtained over $1m in tax credits under the IRD RDTI scheme
