Anthony Mazza is Executive Vice President of Community Management at FirstService Residential overseeing Orange County and Los Angeles operations. Overall, he has nearly 20 years of in depth experience and knowledge in the homeowner's association industry. At FirstService Residential, Anthony oversees 200+ associates across the organization’s corporate headquarters in Irvine, regional offices in Los Angeles and Santa Clarita, and large scale master planned communities in Orange County. Anthony's responsibilities include business development, new client on-boarding, associate training, Board of Director training, capital project management, new technology/processes implementation and marketing/sales efforts for new clients. Also, he oversees the company's Culture and Internal Communication Team for California.Anthony offers a unique combination of creativity and analytical skill, he's a results driven leader, with a background in team building and culture improvement and development. Anthony's ability to combine that knowledge and insight, gained through his tenure, with a growth mindset as the company evolves, allows him to demonstrate an authentic and effective relationship with his team, colleagues and clients.Prior to Anthony's senior management roles at FirstService Residential, he directly managed homeowner's associations himself. These roles allowed him to be involved in the day-to-day operations of the community and interact with board members and homeowners. Anthony has extensive project management experience and a deep understanding of homeowner's association financials and accounting. Anthony is familiar with the following trades; construction, plumbing, irrigation management, landscape, asphalt, lighting, fire alarm systems, playground structures and pool/spa equipment.Anthony has an educational background in accounting, graphic design and fire science. He is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is also part of the Urban Land Institute Leadership Program.
