Co-founded Questline (UK) in 2007 and recently Questline SARL in France to help people, teams and leaders increase impact, performance and enhance culture by providing coaching and consulting partnerships to clients across Europe.I have worked with our clients for nearly 20 years in the creation of high performing, agile teams to deliver global initiatives and have gained a portfolio which demonstrates a focus of translating complex and ambiguous challenges into purposeful strategic solutions and above all, business value. My goal is always to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, distributed teams and individuals on building a shared vision. Strong in my belief that the culture within any team is just as important as the strategy and processes within it, I provide equal focus on generating an environment of support, trust and empowerment to promote creativity and sustainable progress.Being adaptable is a central value within our business and I remain an accredited (APMG) Agile Project Manager practitioner and Member of the Agile Business Consortium. I have a long history in the ways of "Agile" going back to James Martin's "Rapid Application Development" and covering "Evolutionary Prototyping" as a Dissertation subject back in the depths of time. As a graduate, I was involved in the early role out of agile methodology (DSDM) within BNFL as an 'Agile Coach' and agility has continued to form a key principle on which effective team process and ultimately culture can develop and mature.I am an accredited (International Coach Federation) Leadership Coach and Performance Consultant (PCI), developing and delivering coaching partnerships to clients as well as integrating coaching philosophy into my consulting practice - where people are at the forefront of change.
