• Payroll Processing :- - ensuring correctness in monthly payroll based on the input provided from HR- ensuring complying to all statutory compliances like application of PF, ESIC, Statutory bonus, LWF, etc. in lines with the prevailing notification from the competent authority.- assist the employee in queries related to payroll / ELSS portal and advice the employees on investments for tax reduction.• Preparation of Monthly / Qtryly/ annual management accounts in Anaplan, a portal from Hyperion Insurance Group for MIS reportings and consolidations.- flash figures to Group Co.- commenting on deviation in actuals from budgets.• Midmonth Figures reportings to the management of all regions across the country and of verticals checking whether in line with the budgets.• Managing Monthly cash flow by preparing monthly cash flow projection statements; factoring all payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.• Co-ordination with the regions/ verticals for yearly budgeting and keep a check on the actuals against budgets by preparing monthly reports. • IRDAI Compliances- Preparation of IRDAI Half yearly return by co-ordination with the Stat Auditors for the half yearly certifications as required by the regulator, IRDAI- All works related to IRDAI Brokers Licence Renewal.- Filing of Qtrly, Half yearly and Annual Returns in IRDAI BAP Portal as required by the regulator IRDAI in the Insurance Brokers Regulations.• Preparation of MIS for management with reports like Monthly Business Tracker having details of budget v/s completion of regions/ verticals and account managers, details of premium share by broker to insurers, information on Average commission % earned by company, etc.• Finalization of accounts in accordance with applicable Ind. AS.• Liasoning and coordinating with the auditors – Statutory, Internal and Tax Auditors for audit program and for finalization• Preparation of all Tax returns viz. Income Tax, Service tax and TDS.
