Taught a group of around 25 learners a broad array of cybersecurity knowledge across many domains. This introductory class was 24-weeks long and introduced the learners topics like Networking, Systems, and Ethical Hacking and Penetration testing. Many interactive labs that included web application hacking, building a ELK stack in the cloud, and creating network monitoring and alerting.

Stood up on-premisses SAST tooling solution and created and manage the SAST triage program. Working on code scanning integration into CI/CD process and application vulnerability management, while heavily leveraging python automation for JIRA integrations and metrics. Also focusing on CI/CD and Software Supply Chain security.

Implemented Defect Dojo, an application vulnerability management tool built with Django, to support the Global Cybersecurity Services organization at Starbucks track and report on application risk.Lead the design and implementation of automation to aggregate data from SAST, DAST, and our Bug Bounty program into Defect Dojo, allowing the team to push SLA’s and remediation of findings, improve communication with development teams by taking report discussions out of email threads, and allowing automation to uplift the application security program.Worked closely with development teams to strengthen the relationship between security and development. From onboarding and troubleshooting to hosting a Hacking workshop to teach good security practices to an audience with a wide variety of technical knowledge.

Primarily in charge of vulnerability management, our team took over and upgrade the program drastically. Using extensive automation, we created a self-service vulnerability management model that aligned risk to the organization in a hierarchical format, allowing risk to be measured and reported against individual parts of the organization.Other projects and responsibilities include:• UAR/UEBA platform management• Mobile Device Management automation for mass deployments of apps and web surveys to in-store devices across the US and Canada• Responsible for generating reports on risk for leadership and the board.

It became clear that there was a lack of understanding of Object Oriented Programming on the team, and I lead an effort to utilize the Selenium library to the best of its ability by leveraging it's Object Oriented Programming capabilities.
