As the lead Strength and Conditioning coach it is my job and passion to educate High School men and women in the field of fitness, not only in the weight room but on the field as well. From designing strength and conditioning programs, to leading, supervising and and organizing workouts, this position covers all sports, all ages and all levels of fitness.

Worked many areas of the Suddath warehouse including loading and unloading shipment trucks, constructing shipment containers, organization and distribution of items and cargo.

The Tamalpais, Larkspur California

I volunteered with disabled elderly residence at The Tamalpais elderly care unit. Helping direct and organize activities such as outdoor supervised walks, arts and crafts as well as special meals. I was also asked to visit with each resident for around 30 minutes to an hour, which consisted of in depth conversation and general socializing with individuals.
