Education Support Coordinator

•Develop and maintain records and databases on several database sets, materials, and supplies•Create, type and edit program correspondence, purchasing documents, reports, and other program related documents•Manage and maintain ticketing system•Performs and oversees clerical and administrative support tasks, including answering telephones, assisting and resolving problems and inquiries of over 200 users and 34 different programs, which requires reviewing and organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence•Responsibility of a P-Card holder to monitor, reconcile and assist with fiscal administration for department, including budgets, travel, and purchasing materials as appropriate •Responsible for training new and current home visitors and Infant Mental Health professionals, as well as their managers in the program database to ensure comprehension and input accuracy.•Support Microsoft Surface tablets and all operating systems of all generations, which includes Microsoft updates, resolution adjustments, and Java and Mozilla Firefox installation.•Coordinated and assisted with public, professional, and/or community educational programs, including day-to-day operations•Presented curricula, assembled presentations, prepared materials and supported and facilitated workshops, seminars and other trainings•Coordinated space and facilities usage appropriately using Lumens•Collected and analyzed data; prepare scheduled and special reports; maintain program/project records and statistical information •Assisted with grant proposals, promotional materials, and/or program implementation, administration, and reporting•Provided support to the Director of Continuing Education as well as managers and consultants •Performed miscellaneous tasks to several other departments when requested•P-Card holder to monitor, reconcile and assist with staff travel accommodations including hotel reservations, car rentals and assisted in providing materials for trainings
