Currently I support the total shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, and the customer relationships that lead to sales and repeat business. Schedule store associates to achieve optimum customer service levels, and delegate store tasks to ensure proper completion in an environment that puts the customer first. Count, balance and reconcile daily business transaction totals correctly and accurately in the POS system. Train store associates on all aspects of their jobs, including all company/store policies, procedures and guidelines. Ensure that all areas of the store are clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines and all store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.

As an SGA at Gamestop I helped the ASM in completing their everyday duties. On a daily basis maintaining the cleanliness of the storefront and ensuring that all game covers on the wall were alphabetized and straight, any excess cases bookmarked and shelved on bottom shelf to help keep things in order. Giving our patrons confidence in our capabilities to help with their needs by being well informed on the products we sold and always greeting those with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere. Maintaining the inventory and processing any games sold and taken in for trade so that they may be repackaged and displayed out for sale and additionally processed the financials at the end of the day and ensure that the sales and trades were correct at the end of the day.
