Responsibilities include demand forecasting; planning and overall capacity of the plant; development of inventory levels to include raw material and finished product; development of master production and work order schedules, planning labor requirements; receive raw material orders; determine raw material requirements; supervision of all physical inventory and inventory areas; supervision and control of WIP; cost estimating.

Lead and direct all Manufacturing functions. Manage two physical plants amounting to over 100,000 square feet. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, supervising, developing, and motivating seven supervisors and an 80 person staff; ensuring smooth production flow; supervision of engineering and manufacturing processes; analyzing inventory and raw material levels; advising purchasing agents on products to purchase; approving quality and functionality of materials prior to manufacturing; analyzing production levels and timing; coordinating with local, state, and federal government agencies and contractors; ensuring OSHA compliance; conducting safety training; implementing new procedures; maintaining plant grounds and physical interior/exterior; resolving employee conflicts; identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving problems.
