I’ve been taking on freelance work and side projects since mid-2022. Some project highlights include:• I launched a generative Web3 PFP (picture for profile) art project on the Tezos blockchain, consisting of 10,000 programmatically generated characters – made from digitally illustrated artwork layers, drawn by me. The project is one of the most successful NFT (non-fungible token) collections on the Tezos blockchain, in terms of volume traded (Current total volume = 436,190xtz ≈ £373,814). • As well as producing all the artwork for the NFT project, I created its brand identity, website, all marketing material and branded merchandise.• I have driven engagement through social media to the point where the brand now has over 10,000 followers across all channels, as well as a thriving Discord community. I have also built brand awareness by hosting and participating in live Twitter Spaces.

Ve Global offers conversion optimisation technology to eCommerce businesses through programmatic digital advertising, onsite engagement, personalisation, and email remarketing.My responsibilities as Art Director / Senior Integrated Designer included:• Creative direction and ownership of the company brand. I designed the brand identity and all accompanying assets, whilst also evolving the look and feel over the years to ensure it remained current.• The implementation of a UI (user interface) design system to ensure consistency across the website and product mock-ups.• Management of a team of up to 5 multi-functional designers whose purpose was to deliver branded marketing collateral.• I worked closely with the Head of Marketing to coordinate and deliver marketing collateral across all channels, both digital and print.• Design and development of several iterations of the company website, using WordPress, HubSpot, and Webflow. Delivering responsive websites in up to 27 different languages. This also included the creation of campaign landing pages for A/B testing. This utilised my considerable experience in writing HTML and CSS.• I led the design of all promotional artwork – static graphics which were then used on the website and social channels, as well as in printed product brochures and leaflets for events.• Design and development of cross-client/browser compatible email templates in HubSpot.• Creation of print-ready files and art direction for POS display stands for exhibitions.• I storyboarded and designed the assets for multiple motion graphics-based product explainer videos.

Ve Interactive is a multi-award-winning technology company (a Future Fifty company & Tech Unicorn once valued at $1.5bn) serving over 3,000 eCommerce clients around the world.My responsibilities as Lead Designer included:• Designing SMB (small and medium-sized businesses) brand identities and pitching them to clients.• Designing and developing websites for SMBs using WordPress themes and plugins.• UI/UX design for the company’s eCommerce reporting platform and onsite engagement tool: Digital Assistant. This included dashboard data visualisation design and understanding/optimising user journeys. I was involved in running design workshops, user testing sessions, and conducting user research to help build customer profiles.• Design of display ads, remarketing emails, and promotional pop-ups.

They conceptualise, develop and manage digital platforms, reaching millions of sports fans every day.My responsibilities as Senior Creative Lead included:• Design and development of responsive websites for the governing bodies of Cricket. This included writing the raw HTML and CSS for web pages and using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create high resolution graphics.• Design of digital apps in collaboration with Twitter & Hawk-Eye. Integrating social engagement into the world of sports was a huge focus at Pulse.
