Subject matter expert on environmental and technical matters including erosion and sediment control, stormwater, wastewater, spill response, air quality, noise studies, cultural resources, and solid and hazardous waste. Train safety professionals and project teams to maintain audit & inspection readiness and ensure project jobsites are compliant with both internal and external requirements. Lead subcontractors and train junior staff in a variety of field activities.

Led a team of six environmental professionals and oversaw up to 15 projects at one time. Provided technical input and quality assurance for all environmental reports for clients and regulatory agencies. Contributed to business development by networking, preparing proposals, and presenting to professional associations.

Conducted Phase I and II environmental site assessments and soil/groundwater remediation projects. Completed soil gas sampling, indoor air quality assessments, and underground storage tank closure. Obtained regulatory case closure for several properties through the Maryland Department of the Environment Oil Control Program. Secured Water Appropriations and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permits from the MDE Water Management Administration.

Performed site characterization and remediation, including monitoring well installation, development, and sampling, at a variety of government facilities. Participated in geophysical surveying, well head rehabilitation, confined space entry, and asbestos-containing material (ACM) surveys.
