The scope of my internship will primarily focus on hands-on electrical and mechanical manufacturing and design, specifically geared towards creating prototypes for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) applications. This will include testing these prototypes on high voltage battery systems, encompassing various components such as BMS controllers, power distribution systems, sensors, and power management. Moreover, I'll be actively involved in assisting with battery health evaluation and low volume assembly of cables and electronics for BESS applications.

I coordinate between our mechanical and software team, to ensure the proper implementation of hardware in our AUV. I also work on proper documentation of our AUV to aid members in understanding our design and electronics implementation.
