Oversee and lead all aspects of project deployment infrastructure including project selection, requirements gathering, process flow mapping, tracking and reporting, communications, resources, policies & procedures, establish Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Conduct presentations, influence key stakeholders and build consensus for sponsorship of projects♦ Lead the Oracle Consolidations Stabilization and Process efficiencies project. Established Oracle monthly debrief meetings with Senior Leaders interpreting data and highlighting various issues encountered during the monthly close, leading to enhanced measurement system, applied lessons learned, establishment of performance task team, enhanced support model, improved collection of data metrics and an improvement of process runtime by 80%.♦ Developed internal Consolidations performance management dashboards including benchmarking, metric identification, performance measurement and target setting.♦ Overseeing the HFM business process mapping stream responsible for mapping various teams current and future business processes♦ Working on developing an efficient and effective Oracle Chart of Accounts that optimizes and standardizes the usage of each Oracle flex field segment to better align with reporting requirements and strategic vision♦ Other Controllership project deliverables include: re-engineering the Oracle Consolidation / Financial Reporting process, SEC Cash Flow process, integrating additional Legal Entities onto the Oracle platform, change in Accounting Policy solutions, consolidated all Oracle issues and built a governance model to prioritize issues and gain efficiencies through process improvements, created a legal restatement process and governance model aligning SEC External Legal reporting to AXP Consolidations.
