Technical Application Support Engineer
CurrentWork as a bridge between the product support and development teams to provide technical application solutions and guidance to internal and external clients.Duties include, but not limited to:Windows Server Configuration, implementation for new external clients.Monitor client server environments to ensure client uptime via internal tools and third party tools like Pulseway.Create SQL Server backup processes and scheduling along with SQL Server Disaster Recovery testing, configuration and running SQL Scripts to resolve application issues in the frontend.Create documents for common client issues and procedures.
