Introspective Power, Inc. dba Introspective Networks is focused on the distributed computing and cybersecurity problems we are facing. Leveraging experience gained architecting solutions for large, complex, telecommunications networks, and combining that with vast cloud development experience, Introspective Power, Inc. has patented it's groundbreaking Generic Distributed Processing Unit for Multi-Agent Systems (PUMAS). This is a core framework that can be applied to many different problem domains where control over geographically dispersed, disparate systems is required. This includes Power Grids, Telecommunications networks, Smart Grids, Micro Grids, Smart Cities, Autombile Automation, ... With the outgrowth of the Internet of Things (IoT), sensor and other electronic data have become too dense to operate manually. PUMAS is the answer.There is also cybersecurity concerns with so many "things" in the network. To help with this, Introspective Power, Inc. developed a second patented technology - Streaming Transmission One-time-pad Protocol (STOP). STOP protects data across any type of network. STOP is a good fit for next generation point to point communications, secure network tunnels, private networks and embedding directly into applications like PUMAS. Network and cybersecurity are handled by a child company, Introspective Networks. This company is focused on a Next Generation Private Networking technology called SmokeNet. This is a foundational layer for Zero Trust Architecture and aims to help the pivot the US is making to Cyber Defense.

Lead Architect/Team LeadAuto Inventory Systems Lead - 2011-2012Created and directed a project for an inventory framework that streamlines all processes in a full life cycle telecommunications system. This work includes consolidating related data, automating processes and closely aligning the inventory data with the actual network information. This work collapses disparate systems and processes within a singular, cohesive system/process.Trailblazer - 2006-2011 Directed and lead the Trailblazer project to facilitates the design and provisioning of transport network circuits in a services oriented architecture. The system allows single point provisioning across a massively heterogeneous network. It also provides correlated alarms to network circuits, a history of each transaction, network authentication and access control. The system is designed for high availability with automatic fail over and zero compute cycle load distribution. Currently the system offers proven real zero 9's up-time.This work included integration of 6 companies in to a single system/process for provisioning. The role included management of the developers, stake holders, architecture and development life cycles. The outcome reduced provisioning outages from 25 per month to 5 per year.Level 3 has also leveraged the system as a cloud based product offering allowing external customers to self manage large, private networks from anywhere in the world including Internet 2.Data Collection Engine - 2000-2006Data Collection Engine (DCE): Managed, architected and developed a distributed data collection system for gather network data including SNMP data. Data was used for capacity planning, element outage alarming and IP based billing. The bills from this data accounted for $12 Million per month in revenue. System is multi-tiered/multi-node/multi-threaded/multi process and provides robust and reliable transfer of network data from the global network.

Architect, programmer and manager of a major software overhaul, upgrade and release: MSDSFinder 6. The software is used for the tracking of Material Safety Data Sheets as well as chemical analysis including interactions. The first four months of sales generated over $60M in revenue.

Managed and maintained all aspects of programming projects, internet site and LAN. Developed complex integrated database system: quote tracking for sales, locator system for inventory control, accounting system and web access to inventory data. Designed and implemented all aspects of the project and managed consultant labor.
