Worked with a leading cloud consulting company to develop a workshop to support the implementation of a new client governing body. The goal of the governing body is to facilitate the adoption of cloud services by: ensuring that best practices are consistently adhered to throughout the organization, simplifying and standardizing security & governance protocols, measuring and managing actual vs planned ROI, and accelerating the creation of an agile DevOps practice. Workshop includes interactive exercises, tools, and lecture based content to help manage the change necessary for transitioning to the cloud. Workshop goals are to improve the understanding of the requirements for migrating to the cloud and aligning the expectations of client stakeholders throughout the enterprise for the process.

Recent accomplishments:Project-led and implemented a board-based simulation experience for an audience of over 1000 account executives of a global Fortune 200 software firm. The simulations were used during the firm’s annual sales meetings. The meetings’ objectives were to increase account executives’ understanding of their customer’s business model and of the impact that digital transformation is having on their business.Redesigned and implemented a business and role-playing solution for a Big 4 professional services firm. The objectives were to improve client-facing relationship skills and to strengthen understanding of financials drivers.

Designed system to develop marketing strategies, compile action plans, and simplify reporting to Home Office.
