I have touched all facets of construction management. Blueprint reading, specifications overview, tender filling, estimation, site safety analysis or job hazard assessment, manpower management, crisis management, logistics, risk mitigation, cost control, communicate with clients and firms to develop strategies and get the work done. With Lari Construction, I’ve estimated and managed projects in the $3-5M range. Big projects that I have managed alone are concrete/cladding repairs at 473 Albert St under the Cleland & Jardine firm. And ran one with Jonathan Hébert is the masonry restoration of Zibi located at 3 Rue Eddy and 6 Booth St. We are also doing the full restoration of the masonry and main facade of Le Capitole de Québec which is a historical building that is known for its shows that it offered to the public. I had the opportunity to work contractually with Synergy Formwork. I had to prepare all documentation to be sent off to the client for approval, created the schedules, hire sub-trades, write contracts with scope of works, cash flow and finally risk mitigation. The projects with Synergy that I started where the Agora Project located in Hull estimated at ~$7M and le Stationnement de la Cité located in gatineau estimated at ~$4M.And today I am now with Atwill-Morin acting as a Sr. project manager and have all responsibilities associated with the Lester B Pearson parking lot rehabilitation, which is a structural project where the 40 000 sq/ft of slab has to be put down and then rebuilt. The project is estimated to be ~$7M.
