As marketing manager, I am responsible for the creation and delivery of a marketing strategy across each division.My responsibilities include:- Creating and implementing annual marketing strategies that align with each divisional business plan- Developing the agency’s social media strategy - Creating content that positions the agency as experts in our relevant fields- Executing marketing activity with our strategic partners in New York and Sydney, as well as our various offices in India- Entering award entries for each division- Completing all new business RFIs, PQQs and tenders.

Resource Group Limited work within aviation and aerospace markets providing specialist manpower solutions and engineering services. As Group Marketing Executive I reported to the Marketing Manager and was responsible for the marketing mix for the Resource Group of companies. I worked with each business unit manager to promote each division and combine advertising to achieve synergies and maximise results.- Marketing control of the Resource Group Product Lifecycle Management department; a joint venture with Siemens Exhibitions- Organisation of national and international exhibitions, including liaising with contractors for stand requirements, production of new graphics for the stand, logistics of staff and co-ordination of marketing activities surrounding the event.
