Mr. Sumner is one of the founding members of Sandbox Development Consultants and has 10 years of local project management experience, 5 of which have been with national homebuilders. His primary role as Principal is to oversee the Project Management services business unit.Mr. Sumner has proven to be efficient and effective at managing project resources. He applies his expertise in project management to enhance the quality of the project-related documents, thus improving the outcome in the field. He is experienced in the review and oversight of numerous projects involving the design, approval and job-costing of various types of infrastructure improvements, including: drainage, roadway, water, sewer, parks and amenities, well sites, water campuses, and other master plans. He has also managed numerous development agreements, re-zoning cases and general plan amendments. Mr. Sumner has extensive experience involving feasibility analysis and due diligence reporting for residential acquisitions both at Sandbox and during his previous role with the homebuilders.
