Accountable for Cerner’s Materials Management Information System (MMIS), a suite of clinically driven supply chain solutions.• Ensured client and market interests were represented in the product roadmap while balancing scope, budget, resources and time, weighing priorities and stakeholder business objectives.• Empowered cross-functional development across stakeholder teams by leading iterative design events.• Collaborated with strategic partners such as United Surgical Partners International (USPI) to develop inventory management worklist functionality improving item-location maintenance, orders management, alternative vendor selection and invoice payment approval workflows among others. • Led manufacture barcode scanning initiatives to enable mobile application migration supporting GS1, HIBCC and ICCBBA barcodes as well as Global Unique Device Identification Database (GUDID) reference data integration.• Participated and presented at industry events such as the Association for Healthcare Resources and Materials Management (AHRMM) conference in San Diego, Cerner’s annual Health Conference (CHC) as well as various special interest groups and events to inform and educate on solution offerings, innovations and the value being delivered with each release.• Aligned Cerner’s solutions with regulatory requirements and industry best practices by collaborating with the FDA and CMS on barcode scanning protocol efficacy, manufacture compliance, Meaningful Use Stage 3 (MU3), Unique Device Identifier (UDI) integration and with KLAS Research Group.• Developed strategic partnerships with leading healthcare IT vendors as well as a major cloud services provider to expand and integrate Cerner’s clinically driven supply chain solutions in new markets.
