The Setai is a Member of the Leading Hotels of the World.- Responsible for 60 employees in a 170 room hotel encompassing 2 buildings.- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the resort is always at the highest standard.- Oversee the effective hiring, firing and performance review and training of employees to ensure the achievement departmental productivity objectives and that service quality standards are met.- Develop and implement systems for inspecting and managing the quality of housekeeping - Oversee inspections to ensure procedures are followed according to resort standards.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

- Responsible for 30 employees in a 80 room hotel encompassing 2 buildings.- Provide immediate information to front desk on the status of guest rooms to ensure accurate and timely reporting on room availability.- Maintain and monitor all off market rooms, ensure only perfect rooms are open for guest sell.- Compile and report information on housekeeping activities and expenses.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

- Responsible for 200 employees in 810 room hotel encompassing 2 building.- Conducted pre-shift and monthly department meeting.- Gave remedial training to correct worker deficiencies,- Established procedures for work of housekeeping staff and planned work schedule to ensure adequate service.- Evaluated records to forecast department personnel requirements and to prepare budget.
