Senior Migration Agent
CurrentIn my role as the Senior Registered Migration Agent, I oversee and undertaken various responsibilities such as;- Prepare and lodge visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs;- Prepare written legal submissions to both the Department of Home Affairs and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.- Prepare business plans and manage introduce business migrants to key stakeholders. - Research and prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and other related immigration issues such as character, health and schedule 3 8503 condition waivers.- Provide clients with advice and assistance in relation to immigration compliance;- Liaise with clients and applicants to prepare visa applications;- Manage immigration files end-to-end;- Ensure all file maintenance and compliance with the MARA Code of Conduct obligations are met. - Build relations with key stakeholders - Develop marketing strategies and actively participating in public speaking, webinars, seminars and other corporate events. - Management of processing support staffWith the ability and knowledge to cover most aspects of the Australian Migration Law, I have successfully assisted clients to obtain their Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency ranging from situations such as;1) International students obtaining Subclass 491/190/189 visas2) Complicated Partner Visas which range from illegal overstayers, schedule 3 waivers, character issues, health waivers etc.3) Business investment visas ranging from 188A, 188B and 188C, where our clients have successfully migrated and met all investment requirements.4) Employer sponsored visas for occupations across all Skilled Occupation Lists, ranging from MTSSL, STSOL, ROL, DAMA and Labour Agreement. 5) A vast array of temporary visa application such as Tourist, Graduate, Training, Prospective Marriage, Working Holiday Visas.6) Proven track record of reuniting family under the Child Visa and Contributory Parent Visa streams.
