-Made use of the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) to defeat enemies through planning, coordination, integration, and execution of electronic attack (EA), electronic protection (EP), and electronic support (ES).-Lead electronic warfare operator for a team of nine and strong leader within the squadron for three deployments including over 1,700 flight hours across the Middle East and Pacific areas of operations.-Coordinated with numerous DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development.-Integrated electronic warfare into the targeting and planning process and assisted in developing the enemy electronic warfare order of battle, electronic warfare target information and products, intelligence, and target selection standards.-Analyzed Navy/DoD electromagnetic spectrum requirements and determined appropriate spectrum support, strategies, and needs of the Navy.

-Responsible for the safe and effective operation of P8-A Poseidon aircraft, including routine preflight inspections, in-flight equipment troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance procedures in accordance with technical manuals and checklists. Subject-matter expert in electronic warfare, requiring advanced understanding of radar characteristics and advanced systems. Responsible for time-critical risk decisions and crew resource management to interpret and implement Commander’s Intent in situations with little to no strategic oversight or support. -Lead electronic warfare operator for my combat aircrew and strong leader within my squadron for three deployments across 5th Fleet and 7th Fleet AORs.-Over 1,700 hours of flight time on board the P-8A aircraft (AAS and non-AAS)

-Maintained and documented training files for 29 personnel and coordinated the scheduling of 231 simulators resulting in 924 hours of training for 108 officers and enlisted personnel-Developed and maintained 12 comprehensive monthly training reports tracking the progression of 12 personnel in training, ensuring a 100% qualification rate

-Managed a real-time scheduling system, minimizing scheduling conflicts and enhancing communication among aircrew members. -Scheduled and coordinated daily operations for 108 aircrew members and seven aircraft, successfully completing 2,107 flight hours across 389 flights.
