Primary objectives:• To be the primary business partner to Sales, Commercial Excellence and Product Management in order to help drive profitable growth, excellent customer experience and execution of strategy through the Americas operations; including (but not limited to) customer service, technical service, and distribution. • To represent Operations in internal and external sales meetings, including attendance at Quarterly Business Review’s with customers, regional sales meetings, and the Americas Sales Leadership Team.• To provide coordination between Sales and Operations teams to ensure a high level of customer experience, such as scheduling backorders, new product launches, and quarter ends.• To create and drive business excellence initiatives, improving and achieving positive results in customer experience and value creation.• Operations representative responsible for relaying “voice of the customer”, meeting regularly with customers to review SLA performance, challenges, Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) requirements, and exploring value-added opportunities.• Help drive initiatives to leverage the services we provide to our customers to achieve meaningful customer loyalty while accessing improved efficiency across the Operations organization.• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Excellence leadership to develop and define measureable success metrics, track performance, and report regularly to internal and external stakeholders.• Work with customers and internal marketing teams to create compelling case studies.

• Manage overall operations surrounding safety, continuous improvement, and facility management. • Ensure proactive involvement in, accountability for, and demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, incident management and understanding of current laws and Company policies regarding workplace safety• Build and maintain a strong relationship with People and L&D departments to develop appropriate policies and programs for effective engagement and enablement of site staff.• Develop, implement and sustain base systems required for consistent quality success, establishes key metrics to monitor for disciplined execution and improvement. • Ensure the efficient resolution to all service problems and coordinate problem resolution with all interfacing departments to provide optimum production, quality and delivery of ResMed products.• Develop and implement operational metrics to ensure optimal efficiencies of the facility.• Using Lean 5s and Six Sigma tools to create an environment that harbors continuous improvement and the elimination of non-value added steps.• Responsible for facility management and preventative maintenance programs to allow for optimized production and growth planning.• Manage the site budget and other financial measures concerning the operation center.• Responsible for organizational structure, content of jobs and establishment of culture and performance standards.• Foster a culture of teamwork while also driving efficiency and safety.• Will establish strong, trusted links with the San Diego, Sydney and Singapore teams.
