As the Director of Sales, I serve as the primary business contact for global clients and am responsible for their satisfaction. Working to consistently to provide excellent customer service to accounts representing the client’s needs and building strong relationships to drive new and repeat business opportunities within the global functional exterior trim.

Responsible for all sales activities for Honda, Nissan and Subaru OEM customers. Primary point of contact to support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated full understanding and working knowledge of all functional groups required to manage and launch multiple key programs from concept to delivery
• Responsible for creation and implementation of the project timing plans, directing and coordinating resources to effectively execute ensuring timely completion of all deliverables for each “Phase”.

• Responsible for all engineering aspects from styling concept to post-production service end.
• Lead all design activities that included material and process selection, part shape with mating surfaces and the required tolerance stacks.
• Championed all part qualifications for each trial event and evaluation of full assemblies.
• Contracted all outside testing and lead in house testing activities.
• Responsible for leading VA/VE process with cross functional team to improve profitability and performance.

• Worked as the primary customer contact in a project team responsible for entire customer campuses for this global manufacturer of mechanical motion transfer systems.
• Maintained entrepreneurial spirit whenever in contact with customers to promote Capro’s value proposition
• Responsible for contracting validation testing
• Launched 4 plastic handle assemblies for seat releases during a 2-month span
• Improved design capabilities of the Detroit office by creating product sample boards, expanding sample building capabilities and standardizing design guide
• Developed a BOM tracking databased to drive designs into standards. Improving lead-time, costs and quality
