2012 was a turning point in my career when I was presented with the challenge of turning a “basement project" into a business, so I joined Copper Run Distillery full time and started working on organizing a business while reconnecting with an old passion of mine, the art of distillation. In 2014, I was asked to take this company forward as its leader while the work and changes of the past 2 years have started to bear fruit. In 2016 I took the opportunity to expand my passion geographically, experiment with new raw ingredients and create new spirits and recipes while based in Cyprus we established a "new age" craft distillery, "Aristides Distilling"

This has also given me the opportunity to get in touch with the craft brewing/distilling scene in Europe via meetings and seminars which is at a "blooming" stage. The result of all this is Aristides Distilling, a modern-day craft distillery, based in Cyprus!
