As a Restaurants Manager i am also responsible for the day to day operation of civil weddings which take place to our venues.A very demanding position having to ensure that my staff are giving the best service and guest satisfaction on every day basis in a very busy and full of customers ,five star resort.Responsible also for staff shifts and programs having to manage more than seventy employees delegate and organize the day to day operation of the restaurants.As the head of the department i also have to be a duty manager of the hotel ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel. This is a well established take-away shop serving local and international cuisine for over 20 years.Renovation after the purchase also required the rental of 2 neighbouring shops to expand the business. A Franchise Agreement was developed and implemented by the company with the opening of a third restaurant (Latsia area).
