Led a multidisciplinary team that successfully petitioned the District Director Department of Transportation District 4 of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for overhead freeway and directional signage near the exit to NASA Ames Research Center on Hwy 101. Project Manager of the NASA Research Park Building 19 Refresh and Campus Signage Project. Led a crew to revitalize a dull, drab dormitory building into marketable office space used for Research and Development collaborations. Authored and instituted a signage policy for the NASA Research Park and led a team that helped engineer a contemporary sleek and streamlined signage to replace the unattractive and antiquated original sign structure at the Center’s main entrance.

Principal advisor and interface to the Office of the Comptroller (Code C) and the Center Operations Directorate (Code J) for major contracts, grants, purchase requisitions, workforce reporting, reimbursable sub authorizations, and travel/training budgets. Provided oversight over funds for the High-Performance Computing & Communications (HPCC) Program and the NASA Consolidated Supercomputing Management Office (CoSMO). Prepared intricate spending plans and complex infrastructure charging algorithms necessary to attain stringent Headquarters metrics or compliance with mandated financial reporting requirements. Devised tracking spreadsheets used for reconciliations and cost predictions and forecasts of budgetary resources.
