Responsibilities:- Reception, registration and routing incoming user requests the Bank's internal- Processing of standard and custom queries- Processing of requests on resetting password in domains;- Performing works on change, correction or blocking of Bank Information System profiles;- Processing of standard requests, which do not comply with any existing categories or service, e.g. non-standard requests;- Consultation on status of requests and other arising questions, prompt cooperation with other departments and branches;- Addressing the first-line technical support (check connections, testing of software modules) within the transmitted functional.- Control of execution of requests in time, coordinate their decisions- Participation in the creation of internal knowledge base card- Participation in testing of new system for work (6 months)- Work with VIP-users
