Software Product Manager (product owner) for a Network Automation Product within the Automated WAN portfolio of Juniper Networks. The product is built both for cloud based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), as well as on-prem deployments.- Managing the product roadmap by aligning business objectives, customer feedback, market trends, and technical constraints to define the strategic direction of the product.- Defining and writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Product Owner (PO) role.- Engaging directly with customers through meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong customer relationships.- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product delivery.- Monitoring product performance, tracking key metrics, and implementing improvements based on data analysis.- Conducting competitor intelligence (CI) to stay updated on the market landscape and identify opportunities for product improvement.- Providing product training and support to internal teams, including sales, technical marketing engineers, and tech support.- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.Projects- (2023) Alpha & Beta testing project lead. As the Product Line Management (PLM) Alpha & Beta project lead for a completey new SaaS/Cloud product, our team orchestrated comprehensive Alpha & Beta testing phases, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to validate and refine our product offerings. During Alpha & Beta, critical issues were identified and user feedback was gathered which was then analyzed, summarized and presented as actionable insights for our development teams.
