- Oversee all production operations - Ensure 100% on time delivery and zero defects - Manage labour requirements - Create and manage department budgets - Maintain all production equipment and facilities maintenance- Source all production tools, equipment and consumables- Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote awareness - Production Scheduling- Monitor inventory levels - Manage new production introductions and oversee all prototype builds - Implement quality improvements and cost saving initiatives- Conduct design reveiws- Provide technical support to resolve production and quality issues - Reveiw Quality and Warranty returns - Assist in maintaining TS and ISO Accreditations - Management Reporting

- Ensure production quality and on time delivery - Design production line equipment, jis and fixtures - Manage equipment repairs and production consumables budget - Lead and facilitate defect reduction and cost reduction through Kaizen activities - Lead and facilitate continuous improvement and 5S programs - Project Management - Conduct efficiency and capacity studies - Support New Product Readiness - Provide technical spport - Create and Control Bill of Materials - Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding issues - Comply with Health and Safety Regulations and standards - Create and maintain PCP's, PFMEA's, Process Flows and Work Instructions in accordance to TS16949 and ISO 14001
