Supervise and plan, with marine department on board FSO Gaza, the maintenance and inspection of all equipment related to export tanker operations. Keep and update record/inventory of all equipment related to offloading operation, order spare parts as required. Carry out ship/shore safety inspection and check list before, during and after offloading operation on board the export tanker in compliance with BOURI oilfield procedures, OCIMF and ISGOTT. Conduct safe manoeuvering within the field waters and safe mooring of export tanker to FSO Gaza marine terminal. Supervise/organise and instruct the ship´s crew on the offloading hose connection/disconnection procedure. Tanker mooring arrangement preparation and instruction to ship´s officer and crew before mooring operation begun. Keep and ensure VHF communication is maintained throughout the operation between Export tanker CCR, FSO GAZA control and OSV masters involved in the offloading. Supervise the OSV static tow is performed as per terminal regulation. Monitor weather condition are within the terminal handbook limit throughout the offloading. Liaise with GAZA Marine terminal superintendent and export tanker master if necessary to stop operation in any emergency situation.

On Farwah I commenced as HSE Marine Supervisor , promoted to OIM position.As FPSO Supt on Farwah I was responsible of FPSO management as per below description. Head of all activities on board the FPSO Hierarchy :Refers to Company Onshore management, Main responsibilities: - Responsible for all marines services and safety management - Responsible for operations of loading, storage and offloading of crude oil- Head of Production and Maintenance Superviors - Back-up Offloading Pilot - Marine Master duties Main functions : FPSO operations Management Manages safety on board FPSO FPSO stability, ballasting, water, diesel oil and other products monitoring Supervises tanks washing and gas inerting operations Manage sea and air transport operations Keeps personnel log book up-dated Coordinates production activities with Production Supervisor Coordinates Maintenance activities with Maintenance Supervisor Radio transmissions, arriving vessels and helicopter guidance, shore base information Manoeuvers the Export tankers in case of unavailability of Offloading Pilot Represent the Company on board the FPSO Management of downgraded situations Other duties :1) Review and format of all Marine terminal, Production/Maintenance procedures and instructions. Chief officer duties with special regards to FPSO marine activities.Responsible to manage 12 crew deck personnel. Manage and direct the risers hoses disconnection operation on the turret before hurricane approach. Manage communication between bridge and turret connection/disconnection process. Metering skid operator during offloading including meter proving. Ordinary and extraordinary deck equipment maintenance organization and supervision (such as valves replacement, COW line preventive maintenance and repair, COW machines maintenance,etc..)Material PO request to shore based agent.Cargo tank washing and gasfreeing for ABS inspections and repairs on cargo line dressers and valves. HSE responsible and work permit management for marine department. Mooring hawser inspection and replacement.
