- Supervised Purchasing’s New Project and Development Team. - Negotiate prices with vendors for both new projects and for yearly cost reduction requirements. - Developed new suppliers.- New project follow up.

- Placed, tracked and administrated sales and purchase orders with EMS Companies (Subcontractors); was in charge of buying more than 50% of all EMS FG assemblies. - Calculated and revised vendor’s capacity, production plan & overall forecast. - Helped coordinate the logistics aspect of sending recycled packaging, selling raw material and buying FG assemblies.
