My responsibilities include:supervise the rope access work and any potencial rescue for each rope access project under my supervision.Ability to communicate to rope access technicians the rope access safety requirements for the project and to manage day by day problems on site.Leadership abilities appropriate to the work teamAbility to monitor closely both worksite and personnel for rope access safety.Knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment, and methods of site management.Ability to understand and implement the content of safety methods statements Ability to complete and maintain relevant documentation.Authority to make decisions to ensure the safety of rope access technicians, the public and the rope access worksite, e.g. the withdrawal of equipment from service if thought to be inappropriate or unsafe.
