Assistant Project Manager
Current• Leading a team of engineers and designers to deliver a well-coordinated project on time and as per the quality standards.• Performing regular QA/QC processes before any submission to the client.• Chairing weekly meetings with the clients, sub-consultants, and internal team members to monitor the progress of the project and address any key issues.• Managing internal and external stakeholders to make sure all communication channels are transparent.• Performing risk management to mitigate project risks and using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.• Coordinating the internal resources, developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.• Facilitating budget monitoring & commercial awareness.• Managing project plans, budgets, performance status, forecasts, trends, risks, and key decisions.• Defining clear goals for all aspects of a project and developing steps for their proper execution.• Providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions including the time and scope involved.• Accounting for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seeking to manage challenges.
