First Construction Company (FCC) is a newly established contracting company specializes in Fit out Contracting services. Some of my responsibilities: Making As-Built plans, ensuring that the plans are implemented on-site according to the plans, and assisting in explaining the plans and how to apply them, some of the administrative tasks of the project, design of proposals ,solving problems, calculating quantities, and calculating costs.

Improving the energy efficiency performance of Shada’s new 90 rooms hotel located in Jeddah through detailed energy analysis including the investigation of selected energy conservation measures (ECMs) such as thermal insulation, window glazing type, shading systems, air tightness, electrical lighting, day-lighting, controls, HVAC efficiency in addition to cooling load calculations for sizing the HVAC system. Parametric and optimization analyses are performed to deliver an energy efficient building with the lowest life cycle cost. The project also focuses on enhancing indoor air quality of the building by optimizing mechanical ventilation to control indoor CO2 concentration in addition to improving indoor thermal comfort.
