• Supervision of banks - assessing/validating banks’ risk models/methods for measuring and managing risk and calculating capital charge (credit, operational and market risk),• Developing and leading a team of experts with multidisciplinary knowledge of risk management and prudential supervision,• Regulation development; participating in the work of EBA working groups; cooperation with regulators/supervisors from EU,• Assessing ICAAP and stress testing; analysis of risks in the banking system,• Enhancing banks’ processes (efficacy/efficiency/internal controls) and risk management/analytics (balanced risk-return, alignment with business objectives).
