• Provided oversight of SOUTHCOM’s Counter-Narcotics efforts in Central. • Managed three project codes throughout the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Process and served as the primary point of contact for annual recurrent and ad-hoc requests for information regarding these programs.• Coordinated a myriad of training events throughout Latin America as well as delivery of previously procured items.

• Managed an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Branch that ensured U.S Southern Command’s equities were represented in the intelligence community by submitting and maintaining 272 intelligence requirements levied against 7,344 targets.• Served as Deputy for the Collection Management Division. Responsible for evaluating satisfaction of requirements using measures of performance and effects in order to provide feedback to key players in the joint intelligence process. Also, planned and developed internal strategies to address collection operations management shortfalls.

• Established a social media cell that implemented new sources of OSINT to mitigate shortfalls in traditional ISR capabilities.

• Led a dynamic 12-person team that provided critical cyber analytical support to enhance Department of Defense Cyberspace agility against terrorist activity.• Responsible for responding to requests for information. • Served as a contracting officer representative, responsible for preparing Performance Work Statements, evaluation of proposed bids, and post-award performance reviews.

Received accolades from national intelligence agencies for the value and quality of mission collection and reporting.• Led a 54 Sailor deployed linguist division responsible for meeting U.S and coalition Cryptologic direct support augmentation requirements. • Provided critical input in the planning, design and procurement of essential equipment for Navy’s newest multi-mission warship. • Achieved a retention rate of over 85% for crucial ranks in the linguistic community.

• Supervised 125 joint service members providing timely, accurate and actionable intelligence to deployed forces in the U.S European Command and U.S Central Command areas of responsibility.• Managed a 24 Sailor division to include timely processing of evaluations and a myriad of other administrative duties including personnel in-processing/out-processing, travel orders, and passports.
