Italian, but I grew up in the UK. I obtained a college diploma in Tourism Management where I became a fluent Spanish speaker. My initial aim was to feed my passion for travel and the culture of weird and wonderful worlds. Like many, I started bartending on an occasional basis. Little did I know it would become something I craved and would learn so much from. My experiences have allowed me to work in bars of all kinds, from the local pub to speakeasies with bespoke menus changing every 3 months. Today I am a consultant for the hospitality business. Helping bars and brands develop image and growth through various projects. I am also a bar trainer, assisting people to approach our business from the very first steps to more advanced peers that want to step up their game. I'm a true believer of constant growth, and I firmly believe I'm just getting started.I also have some personal projects such as The Alchemist Lab and The Bottle Exchange.
