The Senior Data Analyst's main function is to assist in correct decision making through interpreting data in an accurate manner. These decisions are based on stats collected through the agents and are being analyzed to see trends in increase and decrease of performance and create action steps for improvement.Also, one of the key roles that a Senior Data Analyst is to create templates and tools that would help create timely and accurate reports. These reports are then utilized by the management to see if a program is functional at an optimal performance and also identify key areas of opportunities.We are also trained to perform studies such as the following: Key Performance Indicators Studies to see trends in performance. Financial Studies to see the future impact of the changes that a proposed action would have provided. Report Enhancement and Process Improvements that would have either way benefited the program and the Development Team as well.
