I am Antonio Dupre, Chief Technology & Supporting Attorney at Technology-Innovation-Law. I have a JD/DCL from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, with bachelor’s degrees in both Computer Science and English. I am licensed to practice law in Texas.As a Social Impact Law Leader, I pitch the company's products to potential investors, strategize with leadership to design and market the DAO, contribute to the UI/UX/IA technical design, conduct due diligence for corporate transactions, engineer a cloud-based technology architecture, and oversee all technical dealings. I have helped to secure funding from a VC firm and facilitated a $42 million acquisition deal. As a law student, I have gained a solid foundation in various areas of law, including intellectual property, privacy, and cybersecurity. I participated in various externships and internships, where I have drafted legal documents, evaluated policies and explored avenues to mitigate AI bias and liability. As an undergraduate student, I honed my analytical and creative abilities and learned to effectively communicate ideas.I am passionate about leveraging my unique background and skills to create positive social impact through law and innovation.
