From content production, text, video, assessments, projects with automated tests, to defining and deploying business rules with operational team (teachers, instructors, coordinators, and students).In this role I dealt both with operations team which runs everyday classes with students, product/technology team which maintain our LMS platforms, and other stakeholders regarding selective process and student employability.It was my responsibility to define which content enters or leaves the formation at which timing, how we assess students and using which tools, how we measure student's learning, and so forth.

With the Shared Success Model, those who study at Trybe have the option of paying only when they are already working.There are more than 1500 hours of training, distributed between content study, online and live classes, individual and group projects and development of soft skills.The school invests all the necessary resources so that people learn the technical skills of a developer person in practice, working on real challenge projects, and evolving their soft skills, in addition to offering connections to the job market and helping with hiring.---I was accountable for hiring, training, and managing the curriculum team, which is responsible for the content production, text, video, assessments, projects with automated tests, and so forth.This team was composed of ~30 FTEs along with a network of nearly 100 external collaborators.Also, I was responsible for the curriculum (syllabus) itself of the course, which has over 1500 hours of theoretical content and practical projects with automated assessment.Dealing with external stakeholders, like freelancers for content production, and budgeting for the curriculum team was also on my routine.

As a member of the founding team, I was accountable for building up the MVP of our solution, a one-year full-stack web development course for people without previous programming knowledge. Trybe introduced to Brazil's education market the ISA (Income Share Agreement) model, where students only pay for the course after they get a job.It included both building at the product/technology side, for instance our LMS and CMS platforms, and also our Learning and Curriculum side, building up content, assessments, and projects for our students.Meanwhile, I was also accountable for hiring, training, and managing the technical team, which would focus on building digital product/technology and building our curriculum/assessments.
