Accountable for developing, maintaining and communicating accurate demand forecasts for all lubes business segments in Europe, Middle East and Africa.-Lead the monthly demand forecast creation cycle from creation of an unbiased initial statistical forecast through delivery of a consensus demand forecast that includes adjustments for known marketplace or customer events-Work with sales team and provide them with ad-hoc analysis for their accounts to ensure optimum supply reliability, best decision making and reaction to potential issues.-Analyse trends, offer recommendations and make adjustments where necessary to the statistical forecast model.-Continuous improvement of the demand and supply planning process.-Improve and streamline Demand Planning operations leading to inventory timing and sourcing optimizations.-Work with other business functions in risk assessment and mitigation activities to avoid product disruptions to our customers.-Ongoing analysis, reporting and continuous improvement on demand Forecast Accuracy.-Work with Manufacturing, Sales and Supply chain to identify cost reduction areas and recommended action plans.-Evaluate supply capability of new business opportunities and oversee the planning, roll-out and execution of new products introductions and end of life products.-Pro-actively identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.-Drive the demand review step of the monthly Sales and Operations (S&OP)
