My role at Silverbug bridged two interrelated departments: Business Development and Marketing. As former English lecturer, I used my research and communication skills to investigate SMEs and large enterprises and to engage daily with IT Directors, Finance Directors, CIOs, CISOs and other C-level personnel in a wide range of industries. My success lies in my ability to understand their respective IT landscape, roadmap and overall IT key objectives, or drivers, so that Silverbug's account managers, professional services team and directors were equipped with the requisite information for meetings and appointments with prospective clients. My role within Silverbug's marketing team included not only helping to create interesting, informative and engaging content for its website and social media platforms but also proofreading and editing content. Material I, but also helping to maintain these platforms. I also create, proofread and edit company presentations, PDFs, white papers, proposals and tenders and other documents. We're proud at to support several high-profile sports organisations such as Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, Harlequin F.C. the Players' Golf Association and Gulf Racing. Show less

This included prose, poetry, and drama, from its beginnings in the 1700s to the (post)modernist period.
