About Antonio Castillo

Antonio Castillo is the founder of Vigilant Training Group LLC., a leadership development consulting firm whose mission is to support organizations and their business professionals improve their performance as they lead, communicate, and influence. Antonio earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Northwestern University majoring in Industrial Psychology/Organizational Design and Theater. Antonio is certified in various disciplines including; InsideOut Coaching, MBTI, and Insights Discovery. Since 1991 Antonio has been a union member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA. Working under the aka of Tony Castillo, he continues to work as a professional actor on TV, in Feature Films, in commercials, in industrial films, in print, and on the stage. Tony also coaches actors through JustNilusion Productions.Tony is an elected Board Member of the Chicago Local of SAG-AFTRA, Chairs the Chicago Local DEI Committee, and sits on the National Board EEO Committee of SAG-AFTRA in Hollywood, CA.
