My first steps in Arawato were as a Back-end Developer, building .NET APIs with different Database engines like Postgres, MySQL and SQL Server. After two months, I assumed a Manager Role, where I am responsible for overseeing & managing the successful execution of various projects hand in hand with Dev & QA teams. From set client agenda to gather client business requests, build dev proposal, distributing resources, help on project estimations, build project plan, checking & controlling the execution and finally, being part of the delivery team, for predictive projects approach.I take pride in building the SCRUM procedure in Arawato Media, starting with Agile mindset adoption, overseeing other Project Managers on SCRUM implementation for running projects, and finally building and presenting performance metrics reports to the CTO.

I oversaw Bancaribe’ s Configuration Management Database with the support of three (3) Specialists under my supervision. Monitoring and controlling the software’s inventory was our daily routine, guarantee distributed software rollouts & updates over the 125 bank agencies, such as devices, PCs, printers, ATMs, agency servers and security patch on several servers. We use Microsoft System Center Operations Manager to manage CMDB and deploy Software over the platform, also Shell Scripts as a secondary tool to perform specific business requirements.As a Version & Configuration Manager I took part in all early-stage projects that required software rollout updates, to ensure a successful delivery timeline.

In this role, I reported to the Vice-President of Technology, and the objective was to manage all the IT Contracts, providers attendance, legal interface, SLA management, weekly follow-ups and other associated activities. I managed the contract established between IBM and Bancaribe, a huge outsourcing contract with three managing levels: Strategic, Tactical and Operational, I was the primary contact of the Tactical level. Followed-up contracts meetings, SLA compliance, requirements analysis, negotiation, services scope negotiation, penalties analysis, base line contract analysis, get and manage Operational level warnings, prepared reports to Strategic level, present cost and performance reports on bi-weekly meeting for the VP Bank Services. During this position, I was able to get excellent budget management results for 4 years, achieving more than 120% overall efficiency year by year.

Started as an intern, after three (3) months I got the opportunity to start as a Jr Developer. Mostly of my technical skills I’ve learned in Atento. Atento was the most relevant Call Center company in Venezuela at that time, grouping the most important Venezuelan’s finance, banks, insurance and telecommunications companies.A daily work in Atento did means a hectic agenda, attending Sells Manager request with tight project deadlines. Atento was a relevant Microsoft partner, so all developments we did were using Microsoft technologies, like .NET (C# and Visual Basic), SQL Server, System Center, Microsoft Source Safe, Etc.After two years since I was a Jr Developer, I got a promotion to Sr Full-Stack Developer. Collaborating with Jr Devs to ensure quality, procedures and guarantee faster & clean delivery was one of my main accountabilities.Also, I’ve been partially working on some Internal projects to help on company growing, especially with the Company Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and CRM, here I was the unique Developer, I’ve built from scratch a Web Application to manage the recruitment, training and hiring processes in a efficient way. Later, Atento Venezuela export the CRM to another headquarters in Mexico, Argentina and Brazil with my advising and mentoring before and after implementations.
