Quite often, we identify that the resources available are not duly used, daily tasks are performed because ” it always has been done like this”, management reports that requires the handling of several datas manually, and no critical thinking has been used to change it. That is the way to get an experienced controller, outsourcing the service. With those improvements, it is possible to reduce time consumption for several tasks, and then allow to realize others tasks also important, but that it was possible to perform as no time was available.

Beside it, I was also responsible for the statutorial reporting, budgeting, forecasting to the German HQ (Bertelsmann) and operational reporting to the respective manager in Spain (Arvato Services Iberia).Locally, all the needed information for accounting, external auditing (KPMG), tax documents, were provided by the department that I was responsible too, as I was the chartered accountant also.As the main customers and suppliers were the manufacturers (Nokia, Samsung, HTC), I was also responsible for the spare part's stock department and for the IT department for the repair activity reporting (billing).
