Logistics Manager / Quality Manager ISO-9000Heidelberg Spain, SLU, a company dedicated to the commercialization of machinery for printing and packaging industries. Official suppliers of Heidelberg and Polar Mohr brands. Responsible for all the logistics departments, for new equipment, used machinery, spares and consumables. In the first phase, we internalize the consumables store within the corporate structure, creating new warehouse. Design, functionality, architects, builders, electricians, purchase shelving, forklifts, computer software, packaging and weighing equipment, etc .... This new store was opened in December 2013, coming into full functionality in December and January, and was a significant cost savings to the company. This new store allows greater functionality within the company, to be able to combine deliveries of spare parts and consumables, and giving way to the second phase; Full integration of the call center both spare parts and consumables, to offer more and better level of service to customers. Under this responsibility, I have 7 people directly to my office. Re-Certification successfully passed in February 2014 and have passed the corresponding audits by the certification body, both in 2013 and in 2015. As a Quality Manager I have a direct team with one person, who work with me and 4 internal auditors.
